"Dreamscape" was on view at Gallery 200 at The Silos in Fall 2017, as part of the "Fired Up! Sculpture from the Silos" exhibit. It is my largest work to date, and in many ways my favorite.
In this work, a cloud field of figures floats above an old iron pallet. This found object, which to me resembled a bed, inspired the whole piece. With their amorphous glaze, closed eyes and varied gestures, these little figures suggest the journey of sleep and the destinations we visit in our dream states.
